Kevin McArdle is an Irish Soccer player currently playing for Dundalk F.C. in the FAI First Division. Kevin signed for Dundalk in January 2007 after playong for the Shelbourne F.C. reserves. He sat out missed all of pre-season training due to a broken bone in his foot before making his senior debut in the 1-0 defeat to Shamrock Rovers F.C. in April.In May, Kevin, along with Shane Grimes, was called up by Mick Neville to the League of Ireland under-21 squad for a tournament in Scotland, but the trip led to yet another setback in the youngster’s career. For the third time, Kevin suffered a broken metatarsal bone.Kevin’s brother, Cormac was part of the Lilywhites squad that won the 2002 FAI Cup and made a late substitute appearance in the 2-1 win over Bohemians in the decider at Tolka Park.
