Kevin Keatings is a British Football Commentator who currently commentates on La Liga matches for Sky Sports. He is probably the second choice commentator behind Rob Palmer. He usually commentates on the Saturday night La Liga match unless this is the 'El Classico' derby match between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona when Palmer is often chosen. Kevin regularly commentates with Gerry Armstrong although other ex-players such as Warren Barton and Trevor Francis are also sometimes co-commentators with him.
Kevin commentates on UEFA Champions' League matches on Sky Sports Interactive coverage as well, usually being allocated the matches which feature the less 'big' teams such as Dynamo Kiev and Shakhtar Donetsk rather than British clubs.
During the 1980's and early 1990's, Kevin was a DJ, turned football commentator at independent local radio station Radio City in Liverpool. As a DJ, he presented the late night show Downtown, which included the Peaceful Hour strand. He still lives in Liverpool.
