Kevin Figueiredo

Kevin 'kFigg' Figueiredo, Born in Hudson, Massachusetts, began playing drums at the early age of ten, when his grandfather bought him a drum kit. Influenced by various drummers such as John Henry Bonham, David Garabaldi, Dennis Chambers, Dave Grohl, Stewart Copeland, Steve Adler, Dave Abruzzese, Neil Peart and many more; Kevin studied with jazz drummer Bob Gullotti "The Fringe" and Mike Mangini, whom collectively exposed him to many different approaches to drumming. kFigg has had many opportunities to perform with artists/bands such as: Satellite Party, Dramagods, Population 1, The Doors, Slash (Guns N Roses/Velvet Revolver), Tony Kanal (No Doubt), Nuno Bettencourt, Chester Bennington (Linkin Park), Perry Farrell (Janes Addiction), Lucia Moniz (Portuguese EMI Artist), and many more. Also, kFigg has recorded with many artist/bands such as: Dramagods, Population 1, Satellite Party, Lucia Moniz, and more. As of November 2007, Kevin will join the reuniting band "Extreme" including original members, Nuno Bettencourt, Gary Cherone, and Pat Badger. They are due to release the first Extreme record August 12, 2008, titled, Saudades de Rock, which kFigg has recorded as well.
