Kevin Dean is a Canadian porn star who appeared in gay pornographic movies in the 1990s. Dean was known for his slim physique and youthful appearance, which contrasted his exceptionally large uncircumcised penis, which is reportedly 12 inches long. [1]
Although he usually performs in the top role, he also performs as a bottom on occasion.
In 1994, he won the "Whopper Award" at the Adult Erotic Gay Video Awards. He has also been immortalized by Doc Johnson with a life-size realistic replica of his penis and testicles.
