Kevin D Myricks

Kevin D Myricks is a Sergeant in the United States Army.[1] On January 30, 2006 Myricks was found guilty of one count of conspiracy to maltreat and two counts of maltreatment in the beating of Afghani captives. He was reduced in rank to private, and sentenced to six months imprisonment. A subordinate, Specialist James Hayes, was convicted of a role in the same beatings on January 28, 2006. The beatings the soldiers were convicted for took place in July of 2005.[2]
