Kevan Barbour

Kevan Christopher Barbour (born October 23, 1949) is an international cricket umpire from Zimbabwe. Previous roles have included being president, chairman and provincial manager of the Manicaland Cricket Association. Barbour made his international umpiring debut in 1998 during an ODI game between Zimbabwe and Pakistan before making his Test umpiring debut the following year. He was an umpire at the 2003 Cricket World Cup and is a member of the International Panel of ICC Umpires.
