Kesa Electricals plc (LSE: KESA Euronext: KESA) is a European consumer electronics and household appliance retailing group formed in 2003 by demerger from Kingfisher plc. It is the third largest electrical group in Europe. It is dual-listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext and is a member of the FTSE 250 index.

Kesa Electricals is based in London and owns several European retailers including Comet in the United Kingdom, and Darty in France. It also has sourcing offices based in Paris and Hong Kong, as well as a wholly owned wholesaler of electrical accessories, Dacem, who supply all of Kesa's European operations. In the year ended 31 January 2007 Kesa had turnover of £4.5 billion.
