Kerstin Frank (born October 23, 1988 in Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian figure skater. She is the 2007 Austrian national bronze medalist and the 2007 Austrian junior champion. Frank placed 23th at the 2007 ISU Word Junior Figure Skating Championships in Oberstdorf.
