Kerry McGregor

Kerry McGregor is a Scottish singer from West Lothian, who was a contestant in the UK TV show The X Factor. McGregor was being mentored by Sharon Osbourne but was eliminated in the third week of the live shows along with Dionne Mitchell.

Kerry is paraplegic, as she broke her spine when she fell out of a tree when she was 13 years old, and as a result is a wheelchair user.

In 1997, McGregor participated in The Great British Song Contest, the UK selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, with her song "Yodel in the Canyon of Love". McGregor's song came second, behind Katrina and the Waves' "Love Shine a Light", which went on to win the competition that year.

In 2003, she appeared in three episodes of the Channel 4 comedy The Book Group playing Kenny's love-interest Carol Ann.

In September 2007 Kerry will be the face of Wheelie Chix - Chic, a clothing firm to be launched at the London fashion week and Kerry will also perform he latest recordings at this event.
