Howdy, Kent county, and welcome to Wikipedia!

[edit] Commons

Hi! I have now moved some of your uploads to the Wikimedia Commons, so that they can be used in other Wikipedias (for example, see no:Grand Rapids). Maybe you can do your further uploading to Commons? See Commons:First steps for a tutorial. Sincerely, Kjetil_r 14:52, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Michigan template query

Hello Kent county.

Another editor has brought a concern to the Village Pump here with particular regard to the Michigan template. Since you've been a major contributor to the template, can I suggest you discuss his suggestions? In general, User:TRosenbaum is trying to find citations for the Michigan region definitions. All the best. The Rambling Man 17:19, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Lower Peninsula of Michigan

You may not be aware of this, but the map you put up on the Lower Peninsula of Michigan would not be deemed very accurate by residents of many of the regions. For one thing, Lansing clearly does not consider itself to be the "Southern Michigan" region. For another, the southeast region of the state is called Southeast Michigan - the whole area is not Metro Detroit. I've put back the superior image; please do not change it again. [edit] Possibly unfree Image:EGRLogo.jpg

An image that you uploaded or altered, Image:EGRLogo.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images because its copyright status is disputed. If the image's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the image description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Videmus Omnia Talk 15:21, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Lower Peninsula

"That's just embarassing." That's the best you could come up with? Sad that you could cut that link without bohering to read the content, and perhaps add some real content instead of just deleting it. There are builders and there are critics. Best to you. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 23:49, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Stan

[edit] West Michigan

Hi. Please don't copy and paste content to move an article. That obscures the edit history of the article. Please use the "move" function, or if you are not able to do so (perhaps because the target page has some edit history), then you can request an admin to move the page at Wikipedia:Requested moves. olderwiser 12:45, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
