A good way to learn more hakka might be listening to some of the hakka radio stations, as the speakers usually try to speak in a way without too much influence from cantonese. here is a moiyan radio station, which is regarded as standard

the second is a site with many hakka radio stations from taiwan speaking siyan which is basically the same as moiyan, although some programmes are in hoiluk which has very different tones, some of the files are programmes especially for people wanting to learn hakka, although they are aimed at people who know mandarin already.
