What about Kensington Market, London, UK?

Re Layton: They don't live in the Market, they live east of Spadina.

[edit] Reorganization

I have put topics together into related categories. I have removed some commercial material. I have added balanced comments on a couple of subtopics. I have put references into Wikipedia format. My hope is that future contributors will be able to expand and improve material here, both adding content, adding sources, and keeping closer to WP:NPOV and less personal opinion.Avt tor 14:53, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Error

There's a problem with internal linkage; The Boat links to a SanFran page. This link either needs to be removed, or a a page for Kensington night life needs to be made.

[edit] Edit

I made changes to the first paragraph only. Information stays the same, edited for clarity and syntax only. If anyone has changes/suggestions, please go ahead.

Does anyone know if the market was once closed to cars, somewhere back in the 60's and 70's?
