Someone might want to do a little bit more work on this one, especially on the idea that Delmar did the voice of Commander McBragg.. I remember the end credits of the Bullwinkle show featuring Ed Peck (not Delmar) in the voice cast, and the booming low-end voice of McBragg did sound like Peck rather than Delmar.
