Two points:
  • The article that I started at Kenneth Woollcombe was about three times longer than this one, but basically none of the content there - [1] - was included when it was "merged" here.
  • In the absence of anyone else called Kenneth Woollcombe, surely the article should be under that name. Both of the broadsheet newspaper obituaries call him "The Right Reverend Kenneth Woollcombe" without mentioning his middle name.
