Ken Lo is part of WikiProject Cambodia, a project to improve all Cambodia-related articles. The author Kenneth Lo (c 1920 - 2001) founded "Ken Lo's Memories of China" in 1981 in 65 - 69 Ebury Street, London in 1981. He introduced "crispy seaweed" to the UK. He was the author of over 30 books on Chinese cookery. Arguably, he is more famous than the stuntman. There is a chain of "Ken Lo's Memories of China" in major cities the world. He was born in Fuzhou.
