The Kenya national rugby union sevens team compete in the IRB Sevens World Series and Rugby World Cup Sevens.

  • Runners up in the Plate Competition at the London Sevens Tournament in 2006. They lost 42-7 in the Final to Flag of South Africa South Africa, but beat Flag of Australia Australia 26-7 on their way to the Final.
  • Winners of the Plate competition at the 2007 South Africa Sevens, defeating fellow surprise package, the Flag of the United States United States, 15-14 in the final.
  • It won the Team of the Year category for men at the 2007 Kenyan Sports Personality of the Year awards [1].
