Kentucky Route 52 (KY 52) is a 167.399 mile (269.403 km) long east-west state highway in Kentucky managed by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

The western stretch of 52 begins at US 62 near Boston, Kentucky and goes though Nelson, Larue, Marion, Boyle, Garrard, Madison, Estill, Lee, and Breathitt counties, and meets up with its eastern end at Kentucky Route 30 in Breathitt County. It runs though Danville, Kentucky Richmond, Kentucky, and Beattyville, Kentucky.

In 2005, the four-mile five-lane stretch of Kentucky 52 in Madison County was completed. It now goes from the Richmond By-Pass to Charle Norris Road in Robinsville, Kentucky. Plans are currently underway to widen the highway from Richmond to Irvine. The Road has also received notable improvements from its stretch in Lancaster, Kentucky to I-75. In Boyle County, Kentucky the concrete deck of a bridge on KY 52 was recently replaced.
