Kentucky Route 2629 is a west to east state highway that runs through southeastern Warren County,KY.

Known locally as Old Scottsville Rd., KY 2629 starts at a junction with KY 2158, just to the East of the inaccessible I-65.
KY 2629 continues for 1.3 miles before bridging Drake's Creek, a tributary of the Barren River. The route then winds southeastward for another 6.2 miles through land dotted by upscale farms and large residential estates before reaching its' Eastern terminus at a junction with US 231 in the Alvaton community.
