Kent Devlin Kramer (born July 21, 1944 in Los Angeles, California) was an American football tight end in the NFL. He attended the University of Minnesota.

Kramer started his professional football career in 1966 with the San Francisco 49ers. He ended his career in 1974 with the Philadelphia Eagles.

He attended Temple City High School in Temple City, California where he played varsity football for three years and was an All-CIF pick in 1961 for the undefeated Rams.
