Kennevic Asuncion

Kennevic Asuncion is currently the male Badminton champion of the Philippines. He was born on March 21, 1980. He is the son of former Philippine Badminton Team Coach Nelson Asuncion. He plays doubles with his sister Kennie Asuncion. The brother-sister team hosts a local Badminton TV show, Badminton Extreme along with their father.

Asuncion played the 2007 BWF World Championships in men's singles, and was defeated in the first round by Nabil Lasmari, of Algeria, 21-17, 21-10.
