Kenji Utsumi (内海 賢二 (formerly 内海 健司) Utsumi Kenji?) (August 26, 1937 - ) is a Japanese actor and seiyū from Kitakyūshū, affiliated with the self-founded Ken Production. He is married to fellow seiyū Michiko Nomura.

He is best known for his roles in Fist of the North Star (Raoh), Fist of the North Star 2 (Kaioh), Dr. Slump and Arale-chan (Senbei Norimaki), and Sally, the Witch (Sally's Papa). He's also the official dub-over artist for Steve McQueen, Sammy Davis, Jr., Victor Mature, and Robert Shaw.
