Ken Rasmussen is a professor of public administration at the University of Regina Graduate School of Public Policy (renamed the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy) and is considered an expert on Saskatchewan politics, public policy and public administration.
Rasmussen received his doctorate in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
