Ken Lolla

Ken Lolla is the head men's soccer coach at Louisville. He is a head coach with an impressive 20 year resume. He took the Akron soccer program to national prominence, in his 13 years as a head coach there. He guided Akron to an 18-1-4 record in the 2005 season, which is the best season in program history. At one point, Akron was ranked as the number 1 team in the nation, and finished the season ranked 5th in the nation.
He took Akron to eight Mid-American Conference regular season titles, and four MAC tournament titles in his 13 years as Akron head coach. He compiled an overall record of 160-68-25 record, and a school record five straight tournament appearances. His teams also went 62-9-5 alltime in regular season MAC play. He has won three MAC coach of the year awards.
In his second season at Louisville, the Cardinals finished 11-7-4 with an appearance in the NCAA Tournament's second round, where they lost to eventual National runner up Ohio State. He is an alumnus of Duke University.
