- Ken Gormley is a constitutional law professor[1] at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He writes for popular publications ranging from Rolling Stone to the ABA Journal[2] and is author of Archibald Cox: The Conscience of a Nation. An expert on the constitutional crises presented by Watergate, he also specializes in privacy issues[3] and, in 2006, testified before the U.S. Senate regarding warrantless surveillance.[4]
