Kemsing railway station serves Kemsing in Kent, although the station is actually located on the other side of the M26 motorway to the village. Train services are provided by Southeastern.

The typical off-peak service from the station is:
- 1 train per hour (tph) to London Victoria, calling at Otford, Swanley and Bromley South
- 1 tph to Maidstone East, calling at Borough Green and Wrotham, West Malling (for Kings Hill), East Malling and Barming
It takes 40 minutes to reach London Victoria and 22 minutes to reach Maidstone East.
Kemsing is closed on Sundays and all trains on the line pass through without stopping.
