Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences

Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1992 as Kemi-Tornio Polytechnic, a merger of several institutes of higher vocational education in the Kemi-Tornio region of Finland.

The school has departments in the towns of Kemi and Tornio and offers Bachelor degree programmes in the fields of Business and ICT, Cultural and Media studies, Health Care and Nursing, Social Care and Technical Education. Master degree programmes are available in International Business Management and Social Studies.

A small school (with about 2500 full-time students), Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences has nonetheless won international recognition for among other things its eLearning programmes.
