[edit] Fabjance

What makes your family notable enough for inclusion? I know that mine isn't. Please read WP:AUTO. —WAvegetarianTALKCONTRIBSEMAIL 21:33, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

I am a personal family friend of U.S. Representative Jim McDermott. My dad was his brother's best friend in college. I have played Scrabble against the current U.S. national champion (Trey Wright) and against a professional scabble player and former world champion (Joel Sherman). I have the home phone number of the the current head of the NSA (Joe Edley) in my cell phone. I was the first person under age 18 to become a sanctioned club director for the NSA. I am directly related through my mom to Alexander Hamilton. In fact, her middle name is Hamilton. This doesn't make me or my family notable. Being able to name drop acquiantances isn't a way to establish notability. If your father or his studio has recorded all these artists or had a contract with them, then maybe he or his business would be notable, but notability by association doesn't extend to your family, sorry. —WAvegetarianTALKCONTRIBSEMAIL 22:05, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What?! A 17 year old runs the NSA?!

Sorry about that, it wasn't my intention to confuse. I was just too lazy to write it twice and it takes little more effort to make a wikilink than to put the abbreviation in parenthises. I see now how it would come across that way given my family's political connections. Funny. Anyway, please feel free to email me or leave more messages on my talk page about whatever, but please remember to sign your talk page postings with ~~~~. I'm always willing to help out anyone with Wikipedia related matters. See you round the wiki. —WAvegetarianCONTRIBUTIONSTALK EMAIL 01:44, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] WP:UBX

I don't think there is a specific number that is too many. I have only one caveat to go with that: the images can take a long time to load for people on dial-up, so if you have a lot you might consider putting them on a subpage.—WAvegetarianCONTRIBUTIONSTALK EMAIL 21:20, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:KellanFabjance.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:KellanFabjance.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:06, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
