Kelso Rugby Football Club are a rugby union team founded in 1876. They play their home games at Poynder Park, Kelso in the Scottish Borders.

Team team currently play in Premiership Division Two and Border League (the oldest established rugby union league in the world).

Kelso's Sevens Tournament takes place annually in August and the competition is part of the Kings of the Sevens tournament.

Current holders of the trophy are the Selkirk.

Kelso recently won the Berwick 7's title on Sunday 20th April 2008. The winning captain of Kelso, Richard Minto was quoted saying after the final “I thought the tie had gone when we were down 22-7,”. “It was very hard work. The boys stuck in and you cannot fault their effort and desire to win. We are all absolutely elated. It is an amazing feeling. “I have never won anything before and we are all ecstatic.” What a Hero!!
