Kellee Riley (born July 18, 1979) is a freelance artist who specializes in licensed character design and illustrations. She graduated from the Ringling College of Art and Design in 2001 with a BFA in Illustration. She was the original character designer for American Greetings on the 2006 release of Holly Hobbie and Friends. Riley has also worked on a number of different licensed properties including Spongebob, Dora the Explorer, Wonder Pets, Strawberry Shortcake, Sushi Pack, Care Bears, My Scene Barbie and Polly Pocket.
She currently resides in Florida with her husband James and their three cats.
