From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Kelby Shults alleged harassment incident occurred in San Angelo, Texas during 2005-2006 between Shults and his high school. While a student at Lake View High School in Spring of 2005, Shults was arrested and accused of making terroristic threats. A teacher at the school alleged that he had confided in her that he kept a listing of teachers and other school employees whom he wanted to murder.[1]
Shults' relatives claimed that no such list existed and that the accusation against Kelby followed years of harassment that he had endured at the school. Prosecutors dismissed the misdemeanor case against him in early 2006.[1]
Shults graduated from his school in a special graduation ceremony apart from his classmates and has undergone couseling, according to the San Agnelo Standard-Times in their afternoon editions of Tuesday, 9 May 2006.[1][2]
He had requested that his file be expunged as a result of the charges against him being dropped. On Monday, 8 May 2006, a district court rules that his case file would be erased.[3][4][5][2]
