Kela Khera is a town and a nagar panchayat in Udham Singh Nagar district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kela Khera had a population of 7783. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Kela Khera has an average literacy rate of 34%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 43%, and female literacy is 24%.
