KELP (1590 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Christian radio format. Licensed to El Paso, Texas, USA, the station serves the El Paso area. The station is currently owned by Mcclatchey Broadcasting.[2] It carries a Christian radio format featuring a mix of local and syndicated programming including several shows from the Moody Bible Institute. The station was known as KINT until 1979-05-07 when it became KKOL. In the early 1980s it switched again to the KELP callsign.
According to FCC records, the station went off the air on 2006-07-12 and returned on 2008-02-15.[3]
