[edit] Template:ITV

You might want to take a look at the template, Mr 86.131.192.170 I think has taken it a bit far, what do you think?   Keithology  Talk!  18:33, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

Damn right he has. I've reverted the monstrousity before it takes over the world! - Green Tentacle 19:22, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re Mr Ducky

It's been a while, I know, but this is just a wee note to say thanks for tidying up Mr Ducky's page. It looks a lot better now and the toliet humour was a great addition. Thanks!

'Twas my pleasure – I just happened to be in a certain mood at the moment I found a link to Mr Ducky's page and the rest you know... Best wishes, David Kernow 01:09, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NI project renamed

Just to let you know that its now called Wikipedia:WikiProject Northern Ireland. This is to make the creation of pages relating to the Mathbot less odd-looking when they're named (would have been Northern Irish articles articles etc!) You're still listed as an active participant. Cheers. --Mal 15:50, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

OK, as there were so many pages renamed, you were no longer listed as a participant, so I took the liberty of adding Template:User NornIrn to your /notice page. It doesn't add you to any list in a category yet (though I might add that later). Also, I just copied the Belfast template, so the pic in there is just the Belfast City crest at the minute. Maybe we could come up with a new (and nice, NPOV) pic to put in there.

Obviously revert if you like, with my apologies if I made a wrong assumption in editing your user space. :) --Mal 02:20, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Northern Ireland mediation

A request for mediation has been filed with the Mediation Committee that lists you as a party. The Mediation Committee requires that all parties listed in a mediation must be notified of the mediation. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Northern Ireland, and indicate whether you agree or refuse to mediate. If you are unfamiliar with mediation, please refer to Wikipedia:Mediation. There are only seven days for everyone to agree, so please check as soon as possible. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 18:10, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Northern Ireland Education

Oops - I have just been amending and reordering the Education in Northern Ireland page too. However, I think our ideas are compatible. I am also going to add some material on administration of Education in NI - the Department - Education and Library Boards etc.

See also my input on Primary schools in Wikipedia talk:Northern Irish Wikipedians' notice board as Primary schools articles in NI are under threat. Ardfern 14:05, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NI Govt Departments etc

Great work on adding in NI Gov Dept articles etc so quickly after my putting up the list - saved me a hell of a job. Excellent stuff. Ardfern 21:55, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

Thanks. To be honest wasn't really planning to make them . I simply wanted to move all the tables of ministers from the Northern Ireland Executive article. It was only after I started that I found the reason they were all on the one article. They still need a lot of work.  Keithology  Talk!  09:34, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Football flag?

Your ears are burning at Talk:Northern Ireland flags issue#Other flags, but nothing serious :) --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 09:54, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Historical reference to City of Derry/Londonderry

Hi, sorry to drop this message onto your page but I'm trying to invoke a discussion on the WP:IMOS page as to what to use for the historical references to the city of Derry/Londonderry. I am trying to obtain a non-POV neutral discussion over what terminology to use for this or whether the IMOS as it stands should indeed cover this. Since you have been involved in discussions over Derry or County Londonderry and the likes in the past I thought you may like to get involved in the discussion. See the appropriate talk to get involved. Thank you for your time. Ben W Bell talk 16:19, 16 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Brigades

Hello, I am sorry to interupt the discussion about Brigades getting there own namespace with Joshuarooney (who was blocked indefinately earlier this year, for continued personal attacks and incivility).

Back to the point, I am an officer in the boys brigade, So I know about the brigades, here they are:

Girls Brigade:

  • Juniors
  • Seniors

Boys Brigade:

  • Anchor Boys
  • Junior Section
  • Company Section (I am an officer with them)
  • Senior Section.

These are all of the brigade sections,

HTH,

PS: Could you please respond to this on my talkpage, it would just be easier if you know what I mean, pretty please? lol.

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Freeview ukdigitaltv.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Freeview ukdigitaltv.png. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. tgheretford (talk) 17:27, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:BBC2Wa-1-.jpg listed for deletion

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:BBC2Wa-1-.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in its not being deleted. Thank you. —Wikiwoohoo 21:30, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Untagged image

An image you uploaded, Image:Antrimcrest.jpg, was tagged with the {{coatofarms}} copyright tag. This tag was deleted because it does not actually specify the copyright status of the image. The image may need a more accurate copyright tag, or it may need to be deleted. If the image portrays a seal or emblem, it should be tagged as {{seal}}. If you have any questions, ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. -- 16:38, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
