Dave: this is Adrian doing the Keio line editing (as you might have guessed). Basically I cleaned up a bit of poor grammar / irrelevant information, but did so in somewhat of a haste. There is more work to be done on Keio as the information now is paltry. I hope to be getting to that over time, along with improvements to many tokyo-area rail-lines, esp Keio/Seibu/Tokyu/Odakyu.
