Keith Vaughn Hill (17 August 1964 – ) was born in West Suffolk County, U.K., at Mildenhall R.A.F. to an American Air Force family but was raised in north Texas U.S.A. Keith is an American radio personality and radio programmer. Keith is known by his audience for his knowledge of rock music and his style of classic rock radio programming. Keith is probably most known for his distinct deep, baritone voice.
Sine 1986, Keith has been heard on literally hundreds of radio stations and various radio formats. Beginning in 1985 at CHR KKQV FM in Wichita Falls then on to other Wichita Falls stations AC KTLT, Country KLUR, Classic Rock KQXC and Country KYYI. In 1993, Keith went on the air at the legendary rocker KATT in Oklahoma City. In 1996, Keith went nationwide from Dallas, Texas via the ABC Radio Networks Classic Rock format and worldwide with ABC's ZRock International. In 1996 he began on air at Dallas Classic Rock/92.5 KZPS.
In 1999, Keith left Dallas and returned to Wichita Falls as Program Director of his hometown classic rocker, KYYI/104 THE BEAR. In 1999, Keith and Tim McMillin created the "Vaughn and The Mac" Morning show on KYYI and the show continued until 2002.
Keith is currently the Operations Manager for Cumulus Media's 4 station cluster in Wichita Falls (KLUR, KQXC, KOLI and KYYI FM) and in addition, is the Program Director for KYYI Classic Rock/"104 The Bear".
In addition to his radio broadcasting endeavors, Keith provides voice overs for many advertising agencies and production companies. Keith is also the station imaging voice for various radio and TV stations.
Today Keith resides in north Texas living in his hometown of Wichita Falls with his wife, Lisa.
