Keith L. Terceira (born October 19, 1959 in Aurora, Illinois is an American boxing coach, matchmaker, writer, historian, and radio personality residing in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Mr Terceira was recently installed as Vice President, North American Chairman, and Rating Committee Chairman for the Universal Boxing Council (UBC) and serves as Mid-South Rep. for the Retired Boxer Foundation headed by Alex Ramos. In addition Terceira is President of the Fort Smith Boxing Association, a non-profit amateur boxing club in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He is a weekly contributor and co-host of radio program TalkinBoxing with Billy C. heard on WHTK 1280 AM in Rochester, New York 103.1 FM the Sports Hog in Fort Smith and online on TPSRadio.
Mr. Terceira has received honors from the Portuguese-American Historical Research Foundation [1] which has placed him on their honor roll of distinguished Americans with Portuguese ancestry.
