Dr Keith Suter is a consultant on strategic planning and a futurist. He is a weekly guest on radio station 2GB in Sydney to discuss international affairs with host Brian Wilshire.This is also made available via podcast. His first doctorate was in the international law of guerrilla warfare and his second in the economic and social consequences of the arms race. He has said that Al-Qaeda was likely responsible for the assassination of Benazir Bhutto.[1]
