Keith Stammers

Keith Stammers is an English politician. He is a Conservative, and until the May 2006 local elections he was a member of the City and District of St Albans council, representing the Wheathampstead ward. Having polled exactly the same number of votes as his Liberal Democrat opponent, Judith Shardlow, after three recounts, they drew pencils, and the Lib Dems won.
