Keith traditionally performs annually on his birthday, during which the recording for the upcoming album is made. Themes include: his relationship with his father, his upbringing in rural Pennsylvania, his work as a clown, and his work as a waiter.

[edit] Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation v. Keith Malley

Keith registered "TheSimpsonsMovie.com" in 1999 (as well as a number of other URLs) as part of a "cybersquatting for profit" campaign. It should be noted that the original registration occurred prior to the enactment of the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act but subsequent reregistering occurred after.

Keith stated in an interview that Fox offered him $300 for the domain name, which he declined. He made a counter-offer, requesting $50,000 for the domain.[1]

As a result of the ACPA, the WIPO ruled in favor of Twentieth Century Fox stating "...[Keith Malley] was well aware of the Complainant’s mark THE SIMPSONS when he registered the confusingly similar disputed domain name".[2]

With his partner Chemda Khalili, a singer/songwriter, he is a co-host of the Keith and The Girl talkshow, a controversial podcast since 2005.[3]
