Keith Fahnhorst (born February 6, 1952 in St. Cloud, Minnesota) is a former National Football League offensive lineman from 1974 through 1987. During that span he appeared in two Super Bowls: Super Bowl XVI and Super Bowl XIX for the San Francisco 49ers. He played college football at the University of Minnesota.
Fahnhorst's younger brother Jim Fahnhorst played linebacker in the USFL and for the 49ers from 1984 to 1990.
