Keith Cozens

Keith Cozens (born, April 24, 1957 Surrey, England), is an English businessman & entrepreneur, best known for his Merlin holdings Group brand of companies.

He was educated at Tennyson Battersea, South London and joined H M Government where he spent the next eight years. Having developed a passion for cars he became involved in the automotive industry. In 1987 he formed one of the first mobile phone companies ‘London Portaphone Ltd’. In 1989 he moved into the property market and is now Chairman and C.E.O of the Merlin Group. Working to defra guidlines and Investing in sustainable fuels he plans to install energy saving devices in all their properties by 2015. Cozens has stated that he was formerly a global warming skeptic but has been converted by his friend Richard Branson.
