Keith Alexander (Born November 23, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York) was a guitarist, cyclist and body modification enthusiast. He is best known as the guitarist for the late 1980s thrash band Carnivore (fronted by Peter Steele, who would go on to achieve greater fame with the goth-metal band Type O Negative) and later in Primal Scream. During the late 1990s he was a regular member of Dee Snider's SMFs.

He died on July 11, 2005 in a bicycle accident.
