Keilor Downs is a suburb 20km north-west of Melbourne's CBD, Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Brimbank. It is believed to have had a large Aboriginal settlement which has since dissipated.

The suburb's main shopping centre is Centro Keilor (known as Keilor Downs Plaza prior to Centro Properties Group's acquisition in 1990, and refurbished in 1998). The suburb is home to a Brimbank Leisure Centre (gym, indoor/outdoor pools, etc.), Keilor Downs Police Station and a community centre. There are also several schools, child care centres, churches and parks in the area.

The local soccer team is the Maltese community-backed Green Gully Cavaliers. There is also a large Croatian community in the area.

The bus routes through Keilor Downs are the 421 and the 419, which both depart from St Albans station and end up at Watergardens station in Taylors lakes.
