Keiji Tachikawa (立川 敬二? born May 27, 1939 in Gifu Prefecture) is the former president and chief executive officer of NTT DoCoMo. He previously worked at DoCoMo's parent company, Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp. (NTT), for 35 years, where he helped create the wireless industry. He is currently the head of JAXA.
Mr. Tachikawa holds a Master's degree in Management (M.B.A.) from the Sloan Fellows program of the MIT Sloan School of Management.
