Keesha Ulricka Fleth or Keesha Ulricka Sharp (January 14, 1973) is an NAACP Image Award- and Emmy Award-winning American television actress. Her best known role is as Monica on the hit UPN/The CW hit show, Girlfriends, which she played William Dent's (Reggie Hayes) girlfriend then wife Monica from 2002 to the 2008 being the show's last season.
Sharp has appeared on The Tracy Morgan Show, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Still Standing and other numerous sitcoms, from 2005–2006, Sharp was signed to 9 episodes on Chris Rock's autobiographical sitcom, Everybody Hates Chris as Shiela Ridenhour, a sexy new neighbor next door.
Sharp has also appeared in popular films, Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood, Malibu's Most Wanted, Pootie Tang, Never Die Alone, American Adobo, and Why Did I Get Married.
