It is believed that the use of this copyright image in the article Keeping Up With The Kardashians qualifies as "fair use" because:

1) It is low resolution

2) It does not affect the copyright holder's financial rights to said image

3) It is a logo which is being used to identify the TV show on which it appears

4) An equivalent free version could not be produced, as it with either be substantially identical to this logo OR it would not be the logo for the TV series in question.
