First of all, this is a follow-on to comments made at User talk:SchuminWeb.

What I see this article as needing is primarily far more text. Currently, the references section is larger than the body of the article, and it really should be the reverse. If you work the sources a bit, this should come out in the wash. Additionally, the references need to be streamlined. Right now, the "references" section and the "notes" sections seem to say mostly the same thing. Ideally, every reference will be pinned to a specific passage of text using the <ref> tags, and would show up with {{reflist}}, and so we would not need a separate references section.
