KCSO-LP is a Telemundo affiliate licensed to Sacramento, California. It is owned by Sainte Partners II, L.P., former owner and founder of KUVS. KCSO-LP's transmitter is located near San Andreas, California, with studios in Modesto.

KCSO is carried by most local cable systems, but is not provided by DirecTV or Dish Network.

The station attempted a local news service ("Noticiero 33") following its launch, but attracted virtually no viewers and lasted less than 18 months. KCSO carries news and current affairs programming from the Telemundo network.
