The license of this image starts: "I, the copyright holder of this work...". I find it surprising that ENorton holds the copyright on the Kansas City, Missouri city flag. Is that what is being implied here? Is there any way to verify who holds copyright over something like that? --Amoore 12:51, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
