Boise State Radio is a broadcast service of Boise State University, which operates four programming services on several radio stations throughout western and southern Idaho and northern Nevada.

KBSU-FM is a non-commercial radio station located in Boise, Idaho, broadcasting on 90.3 FM. The station airs classical music and other entertainment programming from American Public Media and Public Radio International. KBSU-FM's programming is repeated on KBSM, 91.7 FM, located in McCall, Idaho. KBSU-FM's programming is also repeated on low-power repeaters in Cascade at 90.9 FM, in lower Stanley at 91.1 FM, and in Stanley at 106.3 FM .

KBSX-FM, also known as "NPR News 91," is a non-commercial radio station located in Boise, broadcasting on 91.5 FM. The station airs news and information programming from NPR, the CBC, and the BBC, as well as locally produced news and information programs. KBSX-FM's programming is repeated on KBSY, 88.5 FM, in Burley; KBSQ, 90.7 FM, in McCall, and KBSS, 91.1 FM, in Sun Valley, all Idaho, and KBSJ, 91.3 FM, in Jackpot, Nevada. KBSX-FM's programming is also repeated on a low-power repeater in New Meadows/Lake Fork at 93.5 FM.

KBSW-FM is a non-commercial radio station located in Twin Falls, Idaho, broadcasting on 91.7 FM. The station airs a mix of programming from KBSU-FM and NPR News 91, as well as some local programming produced at a satellite studio at the College of Southern Idaho. KBSW-FM's programming is repeated on low-power repeaters in Bellevue at 89.3 FM, Challis at 89.7 FM,Hailey at 90.5 FM, Ketchum at 93.5 FM, and in Salmon at 91.9 FM.

KBSU-AM is a non-commercial radio station located in Boise, Idaho, broadcasting on 730 AM. As of July 2007, KBSU-AM has a daytime news-and-information format, with jazz music at night. KBSU-AM's programming is repeated on KEZJ-AM, 1450 AM, in Twin Falls.

A full-time jazz format, named "Idaho's Jazz Station," airs on KBSK, 89.9 FM, in McCall, and also on HD Radio as KBSU-FM HD2 Boise. (This format aired on KBSU-AM and KEZJ-AM prior to July 2007.)
